- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked in A.. On the day he was supposed to turn up, no show. When I managed to get hold of him which was difficult, we re-arranged. On the re-arranged day, A. turns up and before work has even started, he increased the price by 20%. When I wouldnt agree to a 20% increase in the quote, he had a strop and walked off.
