They were supposed to provide a princess cake for my daughters birthday. I have multiple emails confirming the order, date, address and time. I spoke to them multiple times and was assured that it was all confirmed . They called me 2 times to take the payment. However, on the day of the party they did not show up and when I called them frantically, their response was "oops we made a boo boo. I remember the order but looks like we arent going to be able to get you a cake!" Exactly what you want to hear 10 minutes before your party! They are unprofessional and undependable. I strongly suggest you dont make the mistake of ordering your cake from Alexander Taylor Cakes!
